Up to this point, i have been really busy concert preparations and preparations for other stuff. It has been a long a energy-draining three weeks for me. Gald that it is over really.

19th Nov was the SAF bands concert. Celebrating 50 years of Military Music. Apart from us, 5 principal musicians from the "President's Own" Marine Band joined us. along with them was their Director of music Col. Micheal Colburn. I thought it was a not too bad concert. Heavy but fun to perform and at some point, rehearse. The concert was a success with no major problems.

After this concert was the TPO concert. Playing Beethoven's Symphony no.9 with a Japanese Chourus. I tot it was not too bad for so little reherasals. I mean knwoing TPO, they usually have many reherasals for such a large work. I guess due to time and other factors. I am pretty happy with my 4th Horn Solo. I finally manage to overcome that.

And of course me and Mr. Lim hahaI reallty enjoyed these two projects and i must say i learnt alor. Looking forward to more.

Well i have joined back SNYO and it sure brings back lots of memories. good and bad ones. haha. If only my batch was there. haha. now is a new group and i feel extra old now haha. oh well looking forward to a good musical year next year. I wish to do at least one concerto next year wth an orchestra or a band. would be a good learning experience for me. hee hee.
